User Data Deletion Policy for BioMusic

At BioMusic (https://biomusic.site), we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our platform.
1. What Data Can Be Deleted
You may request deletion of:

User-generated content (uploaded music, images, videos).

Data collected via social logins (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).

Any other personal data we hold associated with your account.
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or administrative purposes, but it will no longer be linked to your account.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data:

Log in to your BioMusic account (if possible).

Go to Account Settings → Delete Account (if available).

3. Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
4. Third-Party Data

If you logged in using social login (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn), we cannot delete data stored by the third party.

Only data stored on BioMusic servers will be deleted.
5. Retention Exceptions

Some information may be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, or for dispute resolution.

Retained data will be anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
